Rules and Guidelines
General Guild Charter
- Selling:
No selling within the guild. If an item or training a member needs is deemed necessary, all members should be willing to chip in or assist the member to gain funds in some way.Don’t offer anything to the guild you aren’t willing to completely give away. We are trying to promote self efficiency. However, whatever you choose to do with an item is your business alone. - Begging for money:
Asking for money without viable reason will be refused. If a member begs for money and persists, disciplinary action will follow shortly. - Behavior/Discipline:
If a member has to be told more than THREE times to recant unjust actions, they will be on terms for instant termination. This includes actions both towards players within and outside the guild. Examples: Chest looting without rolling, Mining/herbing/ or gathering without rolling when others around you share the same profession, and verbally harassing other players. - Activeness:
We aim to stay an active guild. Members who are not seen within 30 days will be kicked from the guild if an explanation is not presented before then. Members who have been kicked and want to rejoin must make an appeal to an officer to reconsider admission.Members that have been kicked will be presented a letter in the mail to inform them for the next 29 days. - For any further questions or to report any violations of this charter, please contact the following officers:
- Avianne
- Lysstos
- Eldrame
- Ashilde
- Hedder
- Benthadoom
Officer Duties:
- Daily Inquiry of Improvement: It will be the officer’s and mainly the GM’s requirement to ask the guild openly what improvements or suggestions could contribute to the guild. These can be submitted via mail or whispers. Make sure to save those comments for the next officer meeting.
- Weekly Instance run/ Event/ Discussion: It will be mandatory for Officers to meet at least once a week to consider fundamentals of improvement and to simply have fun and bond.
- Higher Ranks Requirement:
There will be three/four days a week allocated for just running instances. For each of those chosen days, there will be at least one officer, preferably two, dedicated to running instances along with any help offered by any available officers.
It is preferred that those wanting to do instances report which ones they would like to do with the officers the preceding day. Days and dedicated officers will be posted in guild announcement. Once people have suggested certain instances to run, those instances will be posted beside the day so other members can see and volunteer to join. What officer is chosen will be discussed at the guild meetings.
This however does NOT limit officers from helping on their off days, but is meant to promote the lower levels and so forth to do what they must on their own meanwhile giving the officers a break to do what they want.
